Why does the booking system say my email address/postcode is invalid? Follow
Sometimes, when creating your account, your email address or postcode may show as invalid and not allow you to continue.
This usually occurs when there has been a space added either at the beginning or end of the email so please double check this and remove if necessary.
We would also advise creating your account and booking on the desktop site rather than the mobile site or app.
