Where can I find my store credit balance?

You can check how much store credit you have by logging into your account. The amount of available credit will show in the top right-hand side of the screen, next to the Account and Basket icons.

Store credit can be automatically redeemed at the checkout. Please add your items to your cart and checkout with store credit to redeem.

A club will need to achieve a minimum of 10 participants for the accumulated credit to be released to the store account. If a club is running multiple programmes, then they would need to achieve 10 participant sign-ups on each individual programme to release the credit into their store credit account.

The club account on https://www.allstarscricketshop.co.uk/ is linked to the person identified as the Key Club Contact on ClubSpark. Only this email address will be able to gain access to the club account.
