We apologise if the All Stars kit you receive is not quite as you'd expected. In the rare case that there is an issue with your order, please see the below.
Items eligible to be returned & exchanged include:
Received the incorrect item
You will need to contact the help desk to arrange whether an item can be sent back and agree an exchange if necessary. You will be sent a completed return form and freepost label by email with instructions on how to use them.
If you are exchanging an item, it could take up to 10-12 working days (from when the item arrives at the warehouse) for the replacement item to be delivered. This depends upon work volumes at the time and what the item is (personalised t-shirts take the longest time, other items are generally dispatched sooner).
