Applying for a DBS for All Stars/Dynamos Cricket

The England and Wales Cricket Board is firmly committed to creating a safe environment for children to enjoy the game. Key to this is the recruitment and vetting of the many invaluable individuals who create many rewarding experiences in cricket.

As such, in your role as an Activator you are required to obtain a DBS.

ECB introduced an online system to help streamline the process for applying for your DBS.

In order to start your application, you will need to speak to your Club Safeguarding Officer, who should be set up in the online DBS system and be able to initiate your application.

Once your application is initiated, you will receive an email with easy-to-follow instructions to help you make your application. There is also a Help Desk function within the system.

If you are working as a volunteer you will not need to pay for the online DBS application.
