How to remove an Activator

To remove an Activator from your club's profile, you will need to have Administrator access on ClubSpark. You can check with the lead (Super) Administrator who set up the profile if you require this access. To remove an Activator:

Go to the left-hand tab marked 'Activator' >>

Select the Activator you want to remove >>

Select 'Edit Contact' on the top right >>

Scroll down to the section of their profile titled 'Roles' and un-check All Stars Cricket Activator as a role >>

If necessary, un-check the tick from the relevant Administrator Role Types >>

Click 'Save Contact' and the person will no longer have Activator/ Administrator access.

Please note that this person will still appear in the club’s 'Contact' section.

To remove the contact entirely you will need to go back into the person’s profile (in the 'Contact' section) and select 'Delete Contact' in the top right-hand corner.
