Can I have a refund?

All Stars and Dynamos programmes are non-refundable and so if your course is running, refunds will not be issued if your child is unable to attend all of the sessions in the programme.

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours then you will automatically receive a full refund back into the original account used to make the booking and you do not need to contact us to initiate this.

If your club/centre is forced to cancel your course in its entirety, then you will be entitled to a full refund.

If, for any reason during the programme, the venue, date and/or times of one of your sessions is changed or cancelled, the centre will notify you as soon as possible and advise of any arrangements they may have to reschedule any missed sessions.
