You have up to 24 hours after registering your child, to log back into your account to make any amendments to your child's kit.
This could mean changing the size of the t-shirt, requesting a different size bat or even changing the personalised name you had chosen on your child's t-shirt.
After the 24 hour period has passed, it will most likely not be possible to amend your order, as it will have been sent across to the distributors. You may contact is to request this, should this timeframe pass, however we cannot guarantee that this can be done if your order is already being processed.
If you experience a technical issue in the initial 24 hour period and are unable to amend your order, you will need to contact the help desk straight away on email@example.com or 08000857998 (option 1 on the dialpad).
