Can I amend my child's t-shirt order or cancel my booking?

You have up to 24 hours after registering your child, to log back into your account to make any amendments to your child's t-shirt or to cancel your order.  After the 24 hour period has passed, it will not be possible to amend your order, as it will have been sent across to the distributors.

Please log back into your account and click on "My account and then "orders" as seen below

To Amend 

Please find your booking for this year and next to the child's name/size you will see the "Edit order" > "Click on this button then amend and then click save"

To Cancel  

Find your booking for this year and if you are within the 24 hour window, you will see a Cancel button. This will trigger the processing of a refund. 

After the 24 hour period has passed, it will not be possible to amend your order, as it will have been sent across to the distributors.

If you experience a technical issue in the initial 24 hour period and are unable to amend your order, you will need to contact the helpdesk straight away. You can contact the helpdesk here
