You have up to 24 hours after registering your child, to log back into your account to make any amendments to your child's kit or to cancel your order
Log back into your account and click on Your account >Your bookings
Find your booking for this year and next to the child's name you will see edit button > click on this button
Amend and then click save
Find your booking for this year and if you are within the 24 hour window, you will see a Cancel button. This will trigger the processing of a refund.
After the 24 hour period has passed, it will not be possible to amend your order, as it will have been sent across to the distributors.
If you experience a technical issue in the initial 24 hour period and are unable to amend your order, you will need to contact the help desk straight away on email@example.com
