Once you have registered your child as an All Star and chosen their kit, the delivery will be made within 10 working days.
Once your child's All Stars kit has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email from the courier which will also contain a tracking number so you can track the status of your delivery.
If it has been over 10 working days since you registered your child and you are yet to receive the kit, please get in touch with the All Stars help desk straight away on allstarscricket@ecb.co.uk so that we may chase this up with the distributor, or call 0800 085 7998 and select option 1 on your dialpad to be put through to our kit team who can advise.
