In the unfortunate case that your child's kit or t shirt arrives damaged/defective, please make the relevant help desk aware of this, via email: email@example.com / firstname.lastname@example.org stating KIT ISSUE in the subject line of the email. Please include your child’s full name along with the name of the centre you’re signed up to. We will then make the necessary arrangements to get a replacement sent out. Without a photo, we will not be able to provide a replacement.
