What do I do if I receive a Damaged/Incorrect Kit? Follow
In the unfortunate case that your child's kit or t shirt arrives damaged/defective, please make the relevant help desk aware of this, via email: allstarscricket@ecb.co.uk / dynamoscricket@ecb.co.uk stating KIT ISSUE in the subject line of the email. Please include your child’s full name along with the name of the club/ centre you’re signed up to. We will then make the necessary arrangements to get a replacement sent out. Please note without a photo, we will not be able to provide a replacement.
