If your Centre/Club is not showing on the public session finder, then please check the following:
- Log in to ClubSpark >> Click the drop down arrow to 'Show checklist' >> make sure that you have completely 'Registered your club' and have set up a Stripe account to take secure online payments (should be reflected as green ticks on your Club Checklist)
- Check that you have an Active programme set up, this will be visible by clicking the 'Programme' tab on the upper right of the screen >> Select 'ECB All Stars' OR 'Dynamos' >> if there is an Active programme showing, click in to it >> once the electronic register loads, click on the tab (top right of the page) marked ‘Edit programme’ >> under the first section, “Details”, make sure your programmes ‘Status’ is set to ‘Public’
- Log in to ClubSpark >> click on the left-hand tab, “Profile” >> Scroll down to the “Location” (which is powered by Google Maps) and make sure it’s in the correct place
- Make sure your Club has been properly verified by your local All Stars Champion
Please note that when you make a programme public, it can usually take up to 30 minutes for it to be searchable in the public session finder so we would advise you to check back after this time.
Please do note that any changes you make (e.g. changing the programmes status to Public or changing your location through Google Maps) will require you to scroll to the bottom of the page you’re on and click ‘Save’ to action the change.
