If you are experiencing problems with your Stripe account, you will need to contact Stripe directly as they are a third-party provider. You have various ways to do this. First log in to your Stripe account and you can then:
- Select the picture link of the book, located in the top right-hand corner. This will give you a drop-down menu, from which you need to click on ‘Support’. From the Stripe support page, you should be able to find an answer to your question.
- If you cannot find an answer to your question, you have the option to start a web chat with Stripe by clicking on the ‘Chat with us’ (an automatic pop-up will appear in the bottom right-hand corner, prompting you for your name and what you need help with. Fill in these fields, click on the button marked ‘Start the chat’ and an operator will be able to assist you further).
- Alternatively, click on the ‘Contact Us’ link under the section ‘Can’t find your answer?’ (at the bottom of the page), fill in the form and press ‘Send’, and someone will come back to you shortly.
Please note that if your Stripe account has been suspended, then you will not be able to utilise the ‘Chat with us’ feature, so you will need to send an email to Support@stripe.com
