If your kit arrives damaged or with a spelling misprint, please take a photo of the damage/misprint and email it to the All Stars Help Desk (firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com), stating KIT ISSUE in the subject line of the email.
Be sure to include your child’s full name along with the name of the club you’re signed up to. We will then make the necessary arrangements to get a replacement sent out.
Without a photo, we will not be able to provide a replacement.
If you are missing a specific item of kit or have received a year 1 kit instead of a year 2/3 kit (or vice versa), please forward a copy of the confirmation email you received when you registered your child to the All Stars programme to the All Stars Help Desk (firstname.lastname@example.org) along with your child’s full name and the name of the club you’re signed up to, stating KIT ISSUE in the subject line.
We can then look to assist you further at this point.
