How do I contact parents?

1. Log in to ClubSpark
2. Click on the left-hand tab marked 'Coaching'
3. Click on 'Programmes' in the top-right of the screen and select either 'ECB All Stars' or 'ECB Dynamos'
4. Use the drop down menu under 'Courses' to select, which gives you 3 drop-down options :
5. select 'Active Programmes' to go to the programme that is currently running
6. select 'Completed Programmes' to go to programmes that have since run and have now ended
7. select 'Cancelled Programmes' to go to programmes that never ran

Click on the relevant option and the electronic register should become visible under the participants tab.

Please tick the box next to 'First Name', which will highlight all the children on the register and then you can email all of the parents at the email address they signed up their child with:

To do this, simply select the picture logo of the envelope, which will allow you to email all the parents:
