Refunds can only be authorised and actioned by the All Stars Help Desk. Under no circumstances should a refund be offered to a parent unless:
- you have had to change the time/date of sessions from the originally advertised time/date and a parent can no longer attend
- you have had to cancel your programme altogether due to a low number of sign-ups
Although you can offer the refund, under no circumstances should you process the refund as this needs to be done by the Help Desk.
