It is unlikely you have not received the sufficient shop credit, but not impossible. If you have checked the number of participants registered for your programme closely, and allowed 48 hours please contact the helpdesk at allstarscricket@ecb.co.uk, who will be able to top up your credit accordingly. Please do not contact the helpdesk without checking this information.
