How do I use a bulk voucher code?

To book multiple participants on using a bulk upload discount code, you must first select ‘BOOK YOUR PLACE’ on the course page. 

This will bring you to a page with a list of your saved participants, along with an “ADD NEW CHILD” option. You will need to click this button and fill out the details for each participant prior to using the voucher code and booking on. 

Once you have added all current participants you wish to book on, select them on the left-hand side by ticking the boxes next to their names. We recommend adding 5-10 participants at once, as adding a full course at once can cause the system to slow down.

You will then need to enter the voucher code in the “Add discount promo code” box, on the right-hand side.
