When can we offer a refund to a parent? Follow
Booking costs for All Stars and Dynamos are non-refundable.
We are aware however that there are circumstances where a refund may be required.
For example,
- you have had to change the time/date of sessions from the originally advertised time/date and a parent can no longer attend
- you have had to cancel your programme altogether due to a low number of sign-ups
Refunds can only be authorised and processed by the help desk, so if you do have a parent that will require a refund please get in touch here.
